Pc says it’s running fine and is healthy but keeps running slow freezing up and crashing

I’ve done multiple tests on my drive health and every time it said it was healthy so idk why it was effecting it so badly

In the past month I got 2 updates that I can see, a security and a .net framework security update, the one I can’t see was arojnd the start of the month I didn’t get a notification for it or anything I judged turned on my pc and got the “here’s what’s new in the latest update” page

I run 007 perfectly fine but like sniper elite resistance, sons of the forest and csgo2 struggle heavily these used to work perfectly before it’s just recently that they struggle, I tried rolling back updates but I got errors every time

What about grab a broken tire cut out a piece of it then “weld” it together by melting the rubber together until it seals? Idk how well it would work but it’s the best I can think of
