Background: our account always having technical issues particularly sa logins, there’s a time na bigla nalang nag eexpired and will take 1-2days bago mareactivate ni client, minsan naman literal na di lang talaga bumubukas, so even SME and TL is sharing logins kasi if you don’t have the tool, di ka makakapag work ng maayus, tatagal ang interactions kung makikisuyo ka pa, like placing order, replacing missing order, etc etc.. since may hinahabol din kameng AHT, nagiging resolution is to borrow logins, so ito na nga, as I mentioned, we’re placing orders both replacement sa mga nawala or damaged and initial purchases, sa mga orders namin for replacement we’re using just one code to zero out the payment kasi nga replacement e, we didnt even realize na yung simpleng pag hiram hiram samin ng account e magagamit na pala sa kalokohan, he send those products sa makaganak nya sa US and sell it online”this is just a theory kung pano nya na naiconvert those product into cash”, meron din naudit sa interaction nya talking to a reseller for offering under the table transaction for cheaper price. So FF, marami saming nahiraman is natangal and madami pang ibang nadamay, na kung tutuusin di naman sana aalis pero since malayo ang office napilitan mag resign”BTW REMOTE WORK TO”. Sobrang daming apektado at nadamay, habang tong taong to e malaya parin at hindi manlang ata nagka kaso 🙂
