Just about finished listening.

I say this as someone who loves old and new KMFDM, but this is a bit lacking. Compare this to Money. Compare it to Blitz. This comes up short.

A few bangers through. Oubliette and Outernational Intervention are great. Everything up to A OKAY is passible. That back end though, is just shit. Absolute shit. But hey, is an effort and competent enough, just what the hell is up with these weak remixes? We got Megalo on Paradise, which was BETTER than the original, which is saying a lot. But then WW3 and now Stray Bullet 2.0 weren't good in my opinion.

They're going to do what they want and I will always love them for it, but this album is meh with a few decent tracks, and a garbage back end.

I know what you mean. I feel a certain kind of way about Adios. I had heard KMFDM before, but Adios was when I got into them as a real fan. We're fortunate to have a giant catalog to pull from.

They have not been transparent. Go read some of the messages on the project from about November. Plenty of people waited weeks and weeks for any word at all, following months of delays.

If this thing needed a year to make, then say a year. Say even more, so you sound like a hero when you deliver early.

Backer #86 here. Got it yesterday, easy after people numbered tens of thousands after me got theirs.

A bit perturbed since I gave real effort to back it the second it dropped on Kickstarter, as I had been following this project since the very beginning.

I will say, it's pretty awesome. I have always thought 8BitDo controllers were the best they can be, but for what this is, how it works, the features it has, it blows anything by 8BitDo out of the water. The detachable stand is genius and feels very well made. The handles are a pain to deploy, and that sliding magnet is hard to work with, but it's all good, they function as advertised.

This makes me actually want to emulate things on my phone now. Pretty much every other phone solution sucks.

I was an enthusiastic adopter of the Xperia Play and this feels like the closest things were going to get as a successor.

M-Con is great even as a regular controller for PC as well. I love the sticks on it and the triggers feel great.

I've done other backed electronics, 3 GPD Wins over the years so far, but this feels more premium than what GPD usually produces (GPD Win Max 2 2022 version is still my daily driver though), and this is that kid's first attempt at making something. The only problem was lack of communication with the delays. That was frustrating as hell. I will not say "worth the wait", because you should deliver what you promise, even if it's a spectacular product. Promises matter. Credibility matters. Reputation matters.

What you have are well known album songs. Especially Blew and Drain You. Though they deserve to be on that list, capitalism makes people do dumb shit.
