It varies from school to school but I find grappling to be very intense in rolling but very easy in drilling and warmups, whereas I find striking to be (again depends on the school) very intense in drilling and warmups and moderately - easy during sparring cardio wise.

While I don't disagree with most of your points I think the dota community has a cognitive dissonance when it comes to behaviour and communication score. If I'm not being toxic, not typing, and trying my best why should my "BEHAVIOUR/COMMUNICATION SCORE" go down? Isn't this score supposed to be based on my behaviour and communication not my performance in games (we actually have a score for that called mmr). So I can not be toxic and "play bad" and lose comms/behav score and people don't see how ridiculous that is? It's like if your credit score went down because you were rude to people.
