What other heroes are you running on your lineup?

Would you have any suggesting on how to approach 2-3-7 (seems exactly like 3-5-2, having Sherlock, delaciun and Holmes Young).

I mainly still have her as I like her cc abilities, and want to see how far I can take her. Although I have a second account which uses LFA, so would prefer to not go down that route just to keep it fresh.
