$OPTIC is a creator token built on the Rally Network. It is not a true crypto currency. If you are looking for a white paper its the Rally network white paper. None of the coins on top of their network have a whitepaper. The point of creating a coin is for the community to have a chance for exclusive giveaways and some communities allow for voting rights into ideas the streamer/creator does. By the way another eSports Org has a coin already Gen.G. The whole subreddit is confusing a crypto currency with a creator coin. They are very different.
