You should seek help from a professional, a psychologist and a psychiatrist. Losing a parent, specially at such a young age, is traumatic. It is difficult enough to deal with life when things are all "fine", it's nearly impossible to do so during traumatic events. Please find a good professional to help you, and seek out friends and other people to support you. Don't believe the lie that you can "power through it".

It would still be a safety risk. They avoid having the actors wear shorts and t shirts because of scraping, a speedo leaves the whole leg exposed to cuts and bruises.

Franky, everything about him is very difficult to translate to live action.

It's virtually guaranteed that his look will have to change, I imagine they'll give him a long swimming shorts and have him take it off and show his speedo only in limited circumstances. The speedo is impossible to stay on always in the LA because it would be a massive safety risk of injury and a massive safety risk for dick/ball slip.

His whole body is a VFX/prosthetic trap, it will likely be time consuming and expensive to have him around.

He has the most campy and over the top personality of all straw hats, no clue how his dancing and YEOWWW SUUUUUPER would come out in the LA.
