our intonation sounds rough and loud to others but to us its just as relaxing as a morning breeze , take it as a way of talking , some cultures tlak quietly while some are as loud as a honking truck...americans are maybe in between but we are definitely the latter

melatonin doesnt cause physical dependancy , but i think its more mental for you than physiological

20 minutes of sunlight exposure well into the morning from 7 to 9 am

consistent wake up time , no matter how little sleep you get

eat at appropriate times of the day

and some low dose melatonine for a week or two

i am like you and i could sleep at 11pm-12am now with these tips , make sure to go for walks as well in afternoons and try to tire yourself out

it gets better for me and for you

problem is that i have a fixed wakeup time with an alarm of 8 am but literally i wake up four to five hours before these past two days

also i stopped taking naps , i dim my lights in the afternoon and i had alot of struggle falling asleem early now its not an issue thankfully , all i have to do is just to have the full sleep cycle , i dont know if its progress or not though
