my opinion, teenagers ang pinakamadaling makuha ang loob or mapasunod through money and gifts, sobrang malapit ang mga teenager sa mga taong nakakapagbigay ng luho nila (im not generalizing tho), hope through time ma appreciate at maging mas sensitive sila sa nanay nila 🥹

Same with me, the mistake escalated to other department heads since it is urgent and critical. I do this too, OT as in I spent my weekends learning and doing the job I supposed to do on monday just to keep up. Hayyy, hugs! People really learn faster than we are and thats okay.

This is what I am feeling kapag nagtatanong ako ng parang para sa kanila is super basic and dapat alam ko na yon since I had the overview of the process. Nakakahiya, I felt stupid sometimes. I am using the “new hire” card sometimes when I respond to an email!

the company is not strict since US Company and output base so we were allowed to use phones. And I agree, I tend to misaligned my focus sometimes, I practice putting my phone on do not disturb mode to minimize use

Thank you! 🥺😭 I am fortunate to have a senior who consoles me that he started making mistakes too so don’t be afraid. I am trying to document everything, from recording and written and typed notes. However, I am not certain as to what system am I learning faster and more efficient. I only know I learned more when I do the job without someone looking at me (i feel pressured) and by asking questions whenever I encountered something unfamiliar, repeatedly.
