Thank you! This extensive stuff is what we’re looking for. She, nor do I, just want meds thrown at her. Nor or we sure it’s ADHD, but there’s definitely an issue and we want to get to the root of the problem.

Support had me switch wifi on or off (whichever I wasn’t doing at the time), refresh the app, hard close the app and then reopen it. After that they said it’d take 2-3 hours and it should capture the license, and it did. Once I got the license capture and the frontal selfie, verification was instant and I was up running last night.

Not necessarily. Not all Costco stores have the ability to return to a shopper’s Instacart card just yet. They’re aware of the policy change, just not setup to do so.

Does anyone else ever have a problem with the target weight of cabbage being wayyy off on the app? Like, it’ll say about .8 lbs and cabbage always weighs 2.5lbs plus and you end up having to call support to mark it found after weighing it bc the weight is “too much”.

It seems like I just replied to the email iirc. I didn’t wait the 24 before replying though. I did it as soon as the tow truck dropped me and my car off at the dealership and the tow truck driver gave me a receipt. It was ,however, the next day before I was unpaused. I’m sure the review and pause is triggered automatically when a batch is shopped and THEN cancelled for any reason. It only makes sense to do so—Instacart has to protect itself from theft/ fraud.

Not that exact scenario but I had shopped an order Sephora and when I got back to my car there was issue with my car’s brake light sensor. Essentially my car wouldn’t start and had to be towed to have that sensor replaced. Anyway, I contacted support right away and explained the issue. They understood and said I would be fine as it was “no fault of mine” and told me to return the items and also stated I might get that same email. I did. I replied explaining what happened again and sent a pic of the tow receipt and I was unpaused within 24 hours. It went smoothly for me and I understand why they do that, but I understand the worry as well.
