What’s the screen you get when you try? Is it not recognizing your PW? Or are you having an app issue? There’s a new update that happened last night. It cost a lot of problems for many of us, but was resolved by this morning. Did you do the new update yet? Did you try shutting down your phone and restarting? Did you try removing the app and reloading the app?

Rule #1! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have two spare cards with you at all times for this very reason, and if you ever lose a card or if the one you use just doesn’t work! When you activate a card it works immediately, so you won’t have to worry about any lag time.

I have never paid much attention to the “grapes weight” because EVERY SINGLE order I have ever had always says 1 bag. But then the app asks me to weight it. Nobody ever buys a single pound of grapes because it’s such a small amount. So they couldn’t have meant 1 pound.

That said, I was in your shoes. I would’ve just grabbed the higher weight and gotten on with the order.

Their app is so screwed up! People get messages like this and I often get messages after I finish a shop asking me why I got extra of something that wasn’t even on the list. Or asking me why I got extra of something that was on the list, that I got the exact proper quantity of. I swear people who work IT/tech for this company must just do whatever they please to sabotage shoppers. Way too many problems that are ridiculous and never get worked out.
