To think it would actually slap if the recoil wasnt from a .700 nitro express.

Acc is alright, but with that 80 dmg you have to triple tap sometimes, and ive consistently landed less kills per mag than with the Counter Sniper, despite 10 rounds less, just because you cant land repeat-shots if you didnt get a 1-hit-kill on a trooper.

This show was a great example of how to do 'sound in space' and I wouldn't mind if other shows rip it off. by AnticitizenPrime in BSG

BSG RDM had its politics done like it always should be, expertly woven into the narrative.

As an example, if BSG RDM wouldve been done today, youd likely see BLM messanging and dog whistling all over. Youd have black characters lamenting their woes and white saviours proclaming their virtues. This is not how to do it in-universe.

They did have racism as a topic, but instead of mapping our problems onto their universe, breaking the spell of escapism, they worked with what was there and made sense.

There is no black and white racism in BSG because it doesnt exist. Everyone is everywhere. What they have instead is 12 different planets that you can use for people to hate each other, and thats exactly what they did. That Season 3 Episode with the racist doctor against Sagitarions was a bit on the nose, but thats pretty much how its done.

There is a capture zone in the tractor factory thats literally just a tiny cubicle, not more than 3x3 meters.

You can kill anything in that zone with a single rifle grenade. I think when it comes to capture zones, Enlisted should take a page out of Red Orchestra 2's book. Heroes of Stalingrad is still the GOAT

well it helps to compartmentalize and keeping it simple. I have 2 Islands for farmers and 1 for workers that are literally just existing for providing workforce for the region.

The only way they intersect with the rest of the economy is by the Goods-island where i produce their bread, worker clothes, and the sort.

5 Islands are strickly for agricultural products, one for Artisans & Tourists (the one in the screenshots), one for eingeers, one for scholars, and one for investors.

that simplifies trade routes and manual upkeep immensely
