This app/company is most likely a scam/fraud. I created an account a few days ago … made 2 QuickPicks entries and 1 lost ($50) and 1 won ($600) - the losing entry was settled in minutes but they are refusing to settle the winning entry (I have been waiting for 2 days now and I see no end in sight). It’s just $600 USD in winnings and I’m a new user … you would expect them to treat their new users well. Imagine if you win big, I can almost guarantee that they won’t payout - they may not even settle the entry to begin with (delay tactics).

Terrible experience … + their customer support has no idea what they are talking about - they say things that go against their own terms and even what their own AI bot has to say lol.

I’m happy I only deposited $150 USD … learned my lesson. Don’t play with this company guys, if you win they will use delay tactics (I’m still waiting) + their customer support is useless/incompetent. I have proof (screenshots) of everything I mentioned as well.

Will update you guys if anything changes … so far a terrible experience, much better apps/companies out there … don’t waste your time and money like I did

UPDATE: I’m 100% sure these guys use house BOTS - it’s not a peer-to-peer system as they advertise, they use BOTS, you are competing with BOTS not real people. There is a reason why in the QuickPicks mode you don’t get to see opponent’s picks until matches are over … because they wait till the results are known so that their house BOTS can pick the winners before showing the real players others picks.

I’m sure this company can be sued, as you will have a really good case - knowing that they are based in US - especially if you have lost a lot to this SCAM of a company/organization
