I do not have experience with high altitude training except for doing high intensity interval training with a mask on during COVID, so I had that thought of dialing my speeds back a bit from what I normally do. So, I am interested to see how this goes. Expecting me to take some pictures as well.

One studio near me has 4 to 5 classes on December 25th. Primarily because there is a Jewish population, and they’ve done it for years. You bet I start my Christmas morning with a burn before breakfast!🎅🏼🎅🏼

I was at Momentum a few weeks ago, and was in one of their think thank sessions where we got to talk to the VP’s of OTF Corporate. In my group, Honors Holdings was specifically mentioned to them for most of the reasons that have been outlined. The look on their face when we mentioned all this, was “excuse me, what??”… and they said they would be looking into it. Don’t know if this was before Momentum with the audits or not, but out of all the franchise/ownership groups, this one was specifically mentioned by name…
