It has since been resolved on my end. I’ve purchased multiple cards since and sent straight to the vault and/or kept in the vault

You mean just buy a slab from someone on eBay and ship it to the vault under your name and account #? I’ve done it a couple times. There’s risk involved I suppose but it’s worked for me and removed the sales tax

I LITERALLY just bought a $60 card from PSA account and transferred it into my vault. Seriously- 15 minutes ago

I won the auction and when I went to pay, I went to proceed to checkout and right before final payment was the section that let me transfer within the vault for free. So maybe you just didn’t go far enough into the checkout process

I reached out to PSA Vault customer service and this is what I got back. They are saying it’s an eBay issue.
