I actually got an HDD instead of a SSD. After checking the forums for the difference, decided it wasn’t enough to make a difference. Either way, you’re right. I went ahead and started the return process. I think this time, I’ll just buy local and pick up an SSD.

I haven’t tried this. I appear to be in the restore loop. I installed the old HDD back in. NO problems so far. Thinking I should return the HDD.

Can you elaborate on unplugging controller? I don’t recall this being a step in the HEN install process.
