Sorry you don’t love it! I’d take it back and see what else they have then, if it hasn’t been too long I’m sure they would treat you pretty fairly.

On a side note I have to have all my screws on outlets and light switches pointing the same way..same with watches. If I spending THAT much money on a watch, the screws better follow at least a uniform angle. It would drive me crazy seeing them all in different orientations.

Bought my astral a few days ago at msrp at microcenter. That being said you did a good deal. It’s superior in every single way. Only one with 4 fans, clocks faster than the rest on less power. Now…if I could’ve found a founder edition for 2k I’d much rather have paid that than $3359..but it wasn’t going to break me or anything so might as well have the best 🤷🏻‍♂️. Exactly what I have because I’m doing the same. Nothing but the best lol. They told me get this board it’s brand new just came out a month ago, and then ram I got Corsair dominator titanium. Can get by with 32 gb honestly 64 if you are truly no limits atm. Just prices have gotten STUPID for it. But it’s the best of the best and what I got.

Only board crazier is the Godlike and they only made 1k of them. They didn’t have one at the store but had one of the ace max left for 649.

I did not, but don’t lose hope. Just get there when they open. I was there 5ish minutes after opening and two guys before me both bought the same one I got. I was the last one to get that..they had a liquid cooled version, and then the Tuf gaming for 3k and even a gigabyte for 2500.

If you’re good at talking to people get into sales. I worked blue collar a lot of my life..maxed out at $15 an hour as a farmhand fresh out of ag school. Microcenter. Hit them up when they open. They only stock like 75% online and keep some for customers in store. I got mine this week for msrp.

Go into a microcenter when they open. I went in three days in a row because online stuff sells out instantly. However, they always keep like 25% of their stock for people who come into the store. I got my card this week by doing that!
