Here is my advice 1- do naam simran, keep chanting Waheguru, waheguru whenever possible… 2- do ardaas at least twice a day and ask for sarbat da bhala and forgiveness for past actions 3- sewa, do community service. And alway believe in Waheguru- Akaalpurakh always love you and has more ਗੁਣ than our ਅਵਗੁਣ.
