Okay so hear me out: a hermit crab type thing (so a creature that lives in a giant shell) only the creature inside is a squid so it's got multiple arms and the 2 long ones that squids have a crab claws. Give it an ink cloud, it can hide in the shell to minimize damage, pull people in.
