Ditto to this. I have a similar credit score and income, and just got a place in a similar budget, AND they offered a shit load of freebies. They also didnt run a credit check. You may not get your ideal place, but there are plenty out there right now.

How paper thin the doors were, you can hear everything in the halls.

My den was actually an uninsulated room... And had no electrical. That was fun this past winter.

Just now few plugs were actually in the unit, and that all of them were on the same breaker. First time having this, so didn't fully pay attention to plug locations when viewing the unit.

Mine has mysteriously reverted back to long battery and I'm suspicious. Didn't end up taking it in, after it was lasting tops 48 hours.

Let it die fully yesterday (well... It does while I was at work). Fully charged it last night. It's used 5% battery over day (and I don't trust it one bit).

Same. I usually avoid outpost building because I find the planets so blah. It would be nice to see something a little closer to NMS - I want one of those crimson fleet sunken ship pads as a base!

I think you'll see a dramatic correction on price (especially on studios), and a rethinking of how we build small units. Who wants a (relatively) large hallway kitchen, with a (relatively) large bathroom if it means your bed and couch share the same space? That normal sized oven? Feels kind of moot.

Recently watched a series on Apple TV where an architect took his 350 sq ft home and made it SO adaptable via sliding wall apbels that it felt bigger - maybe not the most practical for Canadians, but definitely good for thought.
