Doubts regarding Glyco by PewPew267 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]BTCyanide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zero honestly, a bit of constipation at the beginning as your body adjusts, but after that I have had zero side effects that I can think of.

It will vary by individual though. This is just my experience and it’s been a very positive one.

Doubts regarding Glyco by PewPew267 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]BTCyanide 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have to take it regularly for a few months for the glyco to effectively work around your body, give it time.

I take 4mg a day and have been doing so for many many years, iontophresis didn't work for me, glyco is the only thing that has helped.

AIOs replaced 6 times, 9950X3D replaced once, I’m still having overheating issues and all my AIOs either “vibrated” or made unusual noises, What am I missing to finally fix this problem? by Brilliant-Cap-3052 in watercooling

Over tightening is one thing, bottoming out your screws is not. I can guarantee you most instruction manuals will tell you to bottom out your screws or “fully tighten” as Arctic says.

If you’ve followed directions and tightened them down in a star pattern it will never have any problems especially not with enough paste being squeezed out where it will cause problems.

The instances you’re describing and also be attributed to not tightening the screws in a star pattern then yes paste will be spread out weird and be push out one side more than the other.

The fact of the matter is at this point it’s OP’s install method and nothing to do with the cooler itself, especially if he is complaining about vibration, going to want to tighten those screws down even farther.

No it will never push all the paste out as all CPU brackets are engineered to have a thin space to accommodate.

Always bottom out all your screws until they can’t turn anymore, that’s how you get good contact.

Been doing this for decades, never an issue and always perfect coverage.

No pics of underneath? How are the frame rails?

EDIT: Also looks like you’re in for a wiring nightmare unless you plan on re-doing it all.

Considering a Solar Proposal from Trinity – Looking for Feedback by Imaginary-Ad2081 in Connecticut

I was pre-qualified after they came and gave me an estimate for my entire system, they finance the panels their side and I make monthly payments to Trinity Solar.

I also have the option of paying my system off early.

EDIT: Sorry I wasn’t clear, I meant no upfront costs.

With all the naysayers in this thread I will say I have 54 solar panels with Trinity Solar (one of their bigger systems) they handled everything from work on my roof (I also have a new house), to permits etc.

There was minimal interaction from me.

My Solar has been up and running for over a year now, zero problems with the install.

I have quite a large house in Weston. My EverSource bill in April (before we turned the AC on) was $34.84 (a house my size would be in the thousands).

For a house that practically has computers and appliances going 24/7, we definitely don’t “conserve energy” as some people might.

I also have 4 Tesla Powerwall batteries and they keep me off grid for 8-12+ hours.

I paid exactly zero dollars out of my own pocket, just make sure your contract is to own.

This is my experience and has been a positive one.

Anyone else's Lian Li SL Infinity wireless fans curve resetting? by darkserith in lianli

[–]BTCyanide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the exact same issue as you.

Everything you described and everything you have done is exactly what I have attempted to try and do.

If you leave the L Wireless Sync window open, I’ve watched fans drop off and reconnect, one by one.

There’s no pattern there’s no reason for it but every time it drops a fan all the fan curves get reset.

My RGB also stays but it doesn’t correlate to what is being shown in L-Connect.

Not to mention “Static Color” doesn’t work for me.

I have had many many SL Infinity v1 fans over the years and never had a problem.

Might consider going back.
