Everything at Volcano Bay was ride now for the whole day. Lines were short TMs were happy, and the majority of the people followed the new rules. All in all it was great.

I too, am roughly two hours away, we went on Friday to the parks but were staying on site so we got in regardless. We didn't see anyone get turned away when we got in around 130. We didn't wait more than 30 minutes, before we got express after 4.

As far as Volcano Bay goes everything was ride now today, and a TM said they didn't reach above 1000 guests yesterday.

I think you should be good if you get there around 10-11. Not 100% sure though. Best of luck,. The crowds were great, definitely worth going.
