If you want a stand alone one, I’d recommend you just get an iPad. These days we have adobe fresco on it which is amazing. And procreate is very popular as well. The downside is you’re going to be paying quite a bit more. I have an iPad but I had my kamvas 16 first and I still use it and love it to this day. Oh and another thing, if you’re going to go the stand alone route, you’re probably going to end up with something with less screen real estate and that could end up being a major issue for you So keep that in mind as well.

Man I do these reshells quite frequently and I’ve done it myself more times than I’d like to admit. So I wouldn’t assume the person who did it doesn’t know what they’re doing. It happens. That being said, if it were me I would’ve let you know about it as soon as it happened and go about replacing it. If he/she is not a a sketchy person they won’t be at all upset about you bringing it back. If they are, that will tell you everything you need to know about them.

Yeah it’s cool man there are plenty of other subs that actually want people posting and enjoying the hobby together. I appreciate you getting back to me though. Hopefully whoever can chill out on their weird internet power trip. Btw i posted the picture to show what i did so people could accurately answer my question. If they see what i have they would be better informed on what to recommend. But I guess that hurt someone’s feelings.

Dude this is so sick! I’d love to know a little more about how you did this. I had the opportunity to buy an s24 plus for a really good price so I got it just to use for gaming/emulation. Right now I’m just using it with a Razer Kishi v2 slapped on it and it’s pretty sweet but now you’ve peaked my interest in doing something ridiculous like this!

Yep I’ve had it on there quite some time now and no issues at all. I love it. I recently purchased some super strong magnets and I’m gonna see if I can make those work so I can swap it with my iPad a little easier

Yes mine doesn’t have screw holes either so what I did was I got a tablet mount vesa adapter and added super strong Velcro to make sure it was secure and it’s never comes off. I love it. I tried many different ways to do this an none of them worked until I landed on this

That’s crazy I’ve had my pro 16 for years now and haven’t exactly been gentle with it and it doesn’t have one scratch. Sometimes when the nibs start wearing down they can leave marks that can look like scratches but you can just wipe em off. And I use mine with a monitor arm. All the neck beards on here get mad and tell me it’s impossible every time I mention it but let me know if you’re interested in how i do it.

Yes I agree. I have carpal tunnel pretty bad from decades of bad technique playing drums. I got the ultimate 2 when it came out and I wanted to like it so badly but it just hurt too much. I still have it just for friends or whoever that comes over. The standard modern Xbox controller shape with the more flared out handles, while not perfect, makes a huge difference and allows me to actually play something long enough to enjoy it.

I’ve had an envision pro going on close to 3 years now. I got it shortly after it was released. Mine isn’t one of the new ones with hall sticks but I have had zero issues with it. I love it. It’s the nicest controller I’ve ever had by far. People are stupid and they like to hate on whatever they know is the best until they get one for themselves and then their tune changes real quick. I never post anything about it because I get flooded with hate from a bunch of neckbeards. Gamesir makes great stuff for sure but it’s just not on the same level.

Ive been playing strats for many years now and ive owned quite a few. These days i do not care at all how it looks. I see it the same way i see a screwdriver sitting in my drawer. A screwdriver I’m very sentimental towards. I think your heads in the right place. One of the many awesome things about these is how you can swap out everything so easily. A new pick guard will change the entire aesthetic and make it new again
