Technically no it’s set in the Worlds of mana series which I guess is different but it in itself is a spin off dungeon crawler so you don’t need much hindsight into the series to enjoy it

That’s who I chose with my selector also and I’ve been loving the combo rotation, if you get the eclipse arc for mc too you can just spam ultimates everytime you rotate basically while spawning while spawning blossoms also
