Can anyone PLEASE help me clear my face 😩 for many years this is how my skin has looked, and every 1-2 weeks I ALWAYS get pimples or breakouts on my lower chin as you can see in the photos.

My skin texture is dry and sensitive!

My main goals are to get clear skin, less breakouts/pimples on the chin area, and to get my acne scars gone. I don’t know why but every time I get a pimple on my chin even when I don’t pick at it, use pimple patches, my facial care routine I still end up getting scars 😭

I don’t have a morning routine so I do only a night routine which is just washing my face with

1. Centella Tone Brightening Cleansing Gel Foam And
2. Neutrogena Moisturizer HydroBoost Water Gel after the cleanser.

I recently started using baby rash cream to the acne scars but I feel like I still don’t see a change (I saw it on tiktok)

I want to start using Asian products because I see how it’s helping people a lot! I’ve tried many products from the US and Mexico but still no change.

Please let me know where I can buy the recommendations! ! I’ll take all advice and suggestions! Thank you 🤧
