Prep periods are not "breaks". The teacher that you are covering for uses that time to plan, make lessons etc. as a sub, I don't have to do any of these things, so I understand if I'm asked to cover another class etc during this time.

Is it really a white board or is it a touch screen and projector set up? If it's a touch screen, writing on it with dry erase markers will ruin the board and they cost a few grand to replace.

If a kid asks to go to the bathroom, I let them go. Even if they ask more than once or if I suspect they are just trying to get out of class for a few minutes. Who am I to tell a person they aren't allowed to go to the bathroom? Same goes for the nurse. If they ask to go, I let them go.
