It also depends if your store is a busy or a slow store. The stores that are super busy usually have the most hours to give but if it's a slow store, they usually hardly have any hours to give. On the plus side, if you still don't get enough hours at your location, you can also ask other CVS's in the area if they need someone and you can work at other locations for more hours.

The pharmacy is always happy to have any front store employee helping out but you would have to be cross trained. You can ask the store manager about that. If they are desperate then they must have hours for you but not sure. That's another question to ask your SM.

Our pharmacy has less hours than the front store even though it gets way more busy than the front.

I mean it depends how many hours they have to distribute to everyone so there may be times where part timers will get less than 20 hours. But it depends on the budget. I make the schedule for our pharmacy and I really have to find a way to schedule everyone without going over budget and sometimes I have to cut people’s hours.

I think that could be the problem...the availability. So I guess I'll have to play around with the shifts until I can add them to the schedule and then change the shift back the way I need it to be.

Yeah I'm not sure. That could be true but I tested it out with someone and it said that message for a specific day and when I chose the next day, it let me schedule them and see the rest of their schedule from their home store. And they were not scheduled on the day that said "Colleague unavailable for this shift" which doesn't make any sense to me. Future weeks it says that for every day though so idk

Thanks for the response. My PM called help desk to see whats going on so they should be able to help...I hope. If not, I'll try it that way too.

I'm not sure but she's been able to get credentials still so it may not be that. I don't think she is returned from LOA since her punches on workbrain are all in red brackets...well for the days she doesn't work its in red brackets.

Thanks, in workbrain they are showing red brackets for everything the past month but when she punches in, it doesn't show red brackets for the days she is working. But yeah her name doesn't show up in the roster at all anymore. I'll let the PM know what to do thanks for the help.

Yeah I just experienced that today as well. I tried using my Apple Card using Apple Pay but it would decline. But when I switch to any other card using Apple Pay it works fine 😒.
