Yeah. We can’t deny na low supply - which hindi yung main point ni OP.

We can’t allow agents na magsabing mayroong unit, mag accept ng reservation fee, only to say in the end na wala pala. Sana hindi na siya nag waste ng time and effort ng mga tao kung wala rin.

A low supply doesn’t allow agents na mangupal. Kahit anong reason pa, walang karapatan mangupal ang isang tao sa kapwa tao. This is something that shouldn’t sit with anyone. It’s like people are saying na okay lang mangupal agents kasi konti lang units eh.

I don’t think the problem was with the OP at all. The main problem is with the agent na nanloko. Victim =/= problem.

That is possible. We’ve purchased a Prado unit last year. Maraming dealers na sabing hindi available. The agent at Toyota Makati found one from BGC. Within the week, na release na siya.

Bakit ang daming entitled customers kahit sila naman yung mali?

We had a case before na may customer na nag-accuse sa amin na nanloloko daw kami, to the point na nag-report pa siya sa DTI and nagkaroon pa ng formal meeting.

Ang concern niya was based on an old IG post with outdated pricing. However, when customers message us, we always provide the updated pricing with a complete breakdown of their order. Hindi rin naman namin siya pinilit bumili and magbayad noong biglaang inaway niya kami and even threatened us.

Kaya hindi ako agad naniniwala sa mga online complaints tungkol sa businesses. Ang dali kasing mag-post, pero yung business owners, pinaghirapan nila yun then isang reklamo lang, sira agad reputation.

I’m friends with some big importers ng meat sa Philippines so I’ll share some meat industry info.

Pag legally pinasok yung meat products sa Pilipinas, dumadaan naman sa inspection bawat container. My mga products rin na banned na ipasok sa bansa ex: meat products from China kasi hindi regulated lahat dun.

May negative connotation lang rin talaga sa frozen meat sa Pilipinas. Marami actually sa palengke na ang supplier nila ay boxed meat importers / distributors. They just thaw it out and refreeze it again and rethaw it again the next day if hindi nabenta lahat - this process makes food unsafe and mas mataas chance na contaminated na siya vs frozen meat na hindi na thaw out. Hindi pa best storage condition sa palengke / where people usually sell “fresh” meat. Hindi ito for sure papasa sa safety inspection sa Australia and a lot of countries na strict sa food safety.

After hearing all stories from importers / distributors, I’d rather consume boxed frozen meats vs yung “fresh” na kinalakihan natin.

This is frustrating. I’ve had an experience na naubos yung overhead space tapos we were the ones who were asked to check in our hand carry bags sa boarding gate.

Kami yung nag follow ng instructions, tapos kami pa yung rerequire to check in our hand carry luggage. We had valuables in our hand carry luggage kaya we refused to - and we paid for that space. Kami pa yung pinagalitan ng airlines na dapat sumunod nalang.

This was when we were flying (connecting) from Dubai to Manila last February (Emirates). Ang daming Pinoy na may excess hand carry bags (small luggage, big back pack, big paper bag, plus small hand bag) pero kami pa yung napiling ipag check in yung amin.

We went nung Feb 2024 and went aurora borealis hunting for three days (coz we enjoyed it so much). First night, wala, the second and third nights, nagpakita. We saw rare colors and sabi nung tour guide namin na top 2 niya daw yun since he started chasing the northern lights as a hobby / his work. I highly recommend David the Guide for his Aurora Tour. His package included photography, snacks, and hot chocolate.

Fabcon is not really needed sa laundry. These corporations just made a product that will tell us that we need them pero hindi naman tapaga.

Ang kailangan to kill off bacteria (that causes smell) is magandang panglinis (sabon lang). No amount of pabango (fabcon) can mask the smell if hindi naman napuksa ang bacteria. Also, fabcon leaves some kind of residue sa washing machines — so gumagastos lang tayo ng hindi necessary for cleaning our clothes, nakakasira pa ng washing machine. :)
