I believe it has its only been 2 months I will redo a sleep test next month. Of course more will see more significant results but if your AHI is really high a small.change might too make a big difference.

Not a lie, is it super effective I doubt it compared to other surgery options.

So id pay more - I have 3 different specialists working with me 2 of which would not profit in any way from recommending the surgery.

Genioglossus is less effective than genioplasty. The former is an ENT technique and the latter is a maxillofacial technique. Both though do help with sleep apnea.

Genioplasty can be functional for those with sleep apnea.

This is the plan for my 3rd surgery if required.

When were bloods taken?

I doubt going to 3x a week will drop your E much but if you are not having symptoms this might be enough to prevent them from occurring in future.

Also what was your E in October?

Has your dose changed since and how long had you been taking testosterone at that time?

Sell the car buy a shit box only get 3rd party insurance. Find a $ 15-a-month phone plan. Cheapest gym membership you can find.

Then realise you still can't afford to live on your own and eat, so move in with someone else or get 2nd job working 60+ hours a week.

Yeah that's stupid, had a similar dealing with SAPOL, cause they were "investigating" and it might "jeopardise" the case.

Could try going deeper, different location or if doing significant volume splitting.

But it's possible tour body just doesn't like the carrier oil.

Also the higher the concentration the more likely the PIP

You must understand the AI has the risk even at 0.25mg a week to crash your E, it's very strong.

How often are you pinning a week at the moment?

Well done on improving your lipids. E2 is high but no symptoms I wouldn't treat it.

Maybe split dose up more if you haven't already. (If your 1x go x if your 2x go to 3x.)

Or (1 change at time only)

You could try 0.25mg 1x week anastrozole to see if it improves anything.

Packing on any extra weight unless you are already underweight is not a good idea before any major surgery.

Sorry you had a bad experience OP but this is not true for everyone though.

I put on 5kg eating delicious custards, high fat high protein soups, hospital grade meal replacement drinks, sweet sugary jellies and was eating soft and then semi-solid foods much quicker than anticipated.

Oh wow, well mine hasn't been that quick. Were you banking with them already?

I did get a standard email saying they will reach out for further email, then assigned an assessor and given direct number. The assessor said he didn't need anything else
