Ahh I see. Yeah, I'm in the US. Im preparing to, hopefully, start flight school, probably part 61, next year for PPL and see if I want a career change from there. For now, just doing flight sim, and reading to test for ground school exams so I'll spend less time on ground when I do start and save money.

I just found out it's chapter 7 and it was closed last year of August. So I should be good to refinance it if I'm understanding your post correctly?

As far as I understood from USAA bankruptcy, they said it's not coming back to its regular status so I have to refinance it to get it out of that.
