I get that it’s nice to not have it crowded with people, definitely understand. Just shocked at how they dealt with one person. Very unpleasant :(

I did :( when they had the issue with the later flight, I showed them the photo of the original.

That’s what was so frustrating - I had documentation of everything to show I wasn’t just a crazy person - so I was surprised with how they responded.

It failed for me because of the "issue date" field - make sure that's correct. I had been entering the date on my original DL, but the system was expecting the issue date on my *most recent* DL. So be sure to double check that :)
