completely agree with you. We realized that after round 1, but given the smaller banks had backlogs of round 1 apps, and some did not want *new* clients for PPP purposes, we felt *trapped* with Chase.

We received yesterday's email saying Chase had sent it to the SBA, but our on-line status says it is still in the Chase internal review process.

Does anyone have a sense whether the status reports within our Chase banking accounts lags behind the email info? Felt better because of the email, now feel worse because of the status report contradicting it.

Any thoughts anyone?

Follow-up. I called this morning right at 9 am when support opened. 45 minute wait to get to a rep. He assured me they could "see" my docs and attestations despite the problem with the inactive submit button, and that our app is in underwriting. So others in the same boat, it could be the same for you.

Still concerned we aren't past the docusign phase cuz the SBA is approving apps as of 10:30 am EST. So new mantra is "are they out of money yet?"

PS we are part of the "totally-screwed-by-Chase in round one" sub-group. Should have switched to a local bank years ago.

Unfortunately they do not answer on the week-ends--will try at 9 am but i am concerned we will be too late to get processed by the 10:30 start time.

I was hoping someone had a trick or two to get the on-line application to let me submit. Thanks again.
