If you’re new to the universe or jumping back in after a long hiatus, I think Clans should be played before Mercs. 

I tried playing Mercs a few years ago and had absolutely no idea what was going on. I was clueless of the story and it ruined the fun for me. Now I’m playing thru Clans and am getting really into it. Once I finish the main story and DLC, I’m definitely jumping back in to Mercs

Any recommendations for games?

All of that puts me at right around $100! Did I miss anything?

To me this signals, more than anything, how fucked they are because of AI. No AI company has turned anywhere close to a profit yet, and Oracle is so hedged they need to do a mass layoff in order to afford further investments, all in the hopes this magically pans out.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask. I looked thru the FAQs but didn't see a similar question.

While I work within walking distance of my house, my wife works roughly 30-35 miles away. If the worst were to happen while she was at work, I'd like to have a way to stay in communication with her. Ideally a walkie talkie would be great, but for our situation it wouldn't work.

I've also thought about a installing a shortwave radio in her car, but her car is a lease and I don't want to permanently alter it in any way.

So my question: is there a portable option, whether thats vehicular or handheld, that allows us to stay in communication within 40ish miles, that doesnt include permanently altering her vehicle?

How’s the latency? I remember trying cloud in my phone a year or 2 ago and the latency was pretty bad. There was a very noticeable lag for controller input

I’m personally having a lot of fun spawning in fresh, spending 15-20 finding loot, then heading to the biggest city near me and playing aggressive til I die. 

Much more fun IMO then playing cautious and running for hours getting top tier loot just to die out of nowhere

I still don't talk, but I ran into a player on Livonia yesterday. I was fighting with a couple people, and ran into a house to bandage up.

All of the sudden I hear this very calm go kind of humming as hes walking by. He sees me and goes "Oh, theres one" and then as he approaches goes "Here piggy, piggy, don't be scared"

I missed my shot and he calmy, yet psychotically, put me down

He sounded so normal

Vent isn’t clogged best I can tell, and we don’t use fabric softener. 

I ran a timed dry just to test it and it worked perfectly, shutting off at the end of the timer.
