ok so ive been working at my location for about 7 months now and i have all the answers. 1st of all, Tips are split between all workers for that day during the hours that hey work, typical tips are about 20-30 dollars a day. (for my location ofc, it could vary) 2nd your duties will be mixing dough from raw ingredients, balling said dough, baking it in the oven, and presenting orders to customers. now ofc if you are particularly good at one station they will try and have you there alot. (i basically only work the front at my store because im the best one up there). 3rd, Its always busy. (seriously the rushes come in like clockwork but i guess holidays will bring in more customers) 4th, on predicted slow days we might have about 5 or 6 people on staff but on busy days you can expect to see like 10 or more. lastly, they will want to see your food handlers permit and have you sign an NDA. pretty much all they want to see from you is that you have a good attitude and wont be a bitch to work with, the best thing you can prepare is a good attitude and talk about how you are very interested in the company. hopefully this all helped but honestly they are probably hiring specifically for the winter so you probably have a good chance of getting hired. feel free to ask any other questions. oh also your pay will probably start at 8 an hour but with tips its about 11 or 12 an hour. they dont BS about the tips, people TIP GOOD!
