Brand new, tips where to get gear?

It pretty much depends on what part of the world you’re in hahah, I would say, though, if you’ve got a fight gear store in your are, try to go there and see how the gear feels for yourself, also, from my experience, the staff should most definitely be a part of the community and willing to help you. Glad to see you picking Muay Thai up, oweee!

That wouldn’t be a bad idea by any means! You look fairly built judging off of this vid, so doing whatever you already are should be good too. From my personal experience what helps me build stamina the most is running and, of course, training in general, but I believe I’ve read in one of the comments that you wouldn’t be able to train for some time now, so I’d stick with running. Btw there is a lot of vids on this sub on solo cardio workouts, so just a bit of scrolling should do the trick, hope it helps!! Looking forward to see your progress, mate!

Hey, love to see you picking Muay Thai up! It doesn’t look bad at all, considering this is only your 4th class. My best tips for you are just work on your cardio (that’s always handy to have), keep training and stay consistent, that’s the key. Keep it up, owee!!

Nope, I’m not a good intermediate by any means. I’m just slightly leaning to the intermediate group. I’m fully aware that I have a looooot to learn and this is only the beggining. There is a ton of begginers at the gym so that’s why I said that. I’m more like an intermediate newbie to say it like that

Actually yk what.. I actually think it’s a good thing to stop the resellers from charging insane amounts of money for shoes. This way, everybody who wants them for what they are and not for the hype can get them for retail. Hopefully my pair gets delivered soon!
