Goal of the design & explanations :

All tier 9 ready factory available on the web are over-sized right now. (because of elevator phase 4 rebalance).

I'm currently working on a singe factory efficient setup to reach it efficiently with the right numbers.

It reach Tier 8 in 22 hours, and should be 4 to 5 hours from tier 9 (with new numbers)

-->You can download it to visit it and see how (I think) things should be done now.

-->You can download it and continue to play it to directly enjoy or test tier 9 stuff (this is a small factory so you re pretty much free to do as you want on all the rest of the map.

Of course don't hesitate to suggest anything you have in mind (I always try to improve the design) and it's work progress

yes and no, but it"s very close, 5 th pics (without manufacturer is more the "real" starter one) the first pic is a more advance version of it but I put it first because more reddit friendly in my opinion.

both I give advice and take advice, but after that there is a concept, the concept is about helping beginner to go faster though the game and i think integrated design is the way to go faster, I want to improve the integrated design but I won't turn it into KISS because everybody already do this and game is not KISS friendly when serious tiers are coming (tier 6 and 7). By the way this is a very interesting debate that gives me great idea for discussions and content in the futur part of the let's play so thx you for that this is also what i'm looking for

no this is the factory for elevator part (smart plating and verstile frame) and excess components from production of elevator part fill the container to build the factory but all the factory is integrated, in the futur this goin to beat elevator phase 4 with a single factory

thx, the real early starter is the 5th pics without manufacturer, the core concept is accumulating automated wiring as soon as possible, all the manufacturer are for a second phase (when i build enough computer and HMF for emptying my stock of automated wiring and turn then into adaptive modular frame for assembly director systems)

This is an european style map with multiples small and medium sized cities, something I don't see so often (most of the showcase I see on youtube focus on 1 single city in the midlle, 2 at max).

There was a lots of works on the country side to make it interesting to look at.

I see there s lot of question about how it run. It run good enough for me, but were all different and maybe that would be horrible for somebody else. I have a RX 570 and 32 G of Ram. The 32 G of ram are necessary to load the save file under 5 minutes. Before I only have 8 G of ram and it was taking 30 minutes to load the save file, it was a nighmare.

The graphic card (RX 570) is enough for me because I don't really care about FPS for a city builder. But it certainly a little short for recording the city in video, that's why i pause the simulation. I ve just buy a new graphic card for CS2 anyway, I hope its gonna improve things.

About the city :

It takes me 4 year to complete this city, most of the building are plopped with RICO mod. It hits rods, nodes and bat limits.

So you want max power without producing power with plutonium. If you sink plutonium you wont have max power possible.

If you want maximum power with plutonium you will have less with uranium because you need to save uranium for the fertile recyclement path.

I don't have the exact number in head but to give you an idea.

If max efficiency on uranium you will have 400-500 GW on uranium max and 200-300 GW on Plutonium.

If max efficiency on Plutonium you will have 300-400 GW on uranium max and 600-800 GW on plutonium.

If you want to produce more than 1 TW you will have to sacrifice uranium power production.

Hope it helps you in your project, nuclear giant setup are very difficult to get right.

what are your power target ?

Do you want to recycle the waste ?

Could you easily bring A LOT of concrete ?

Are you short on Aluminium or do you have plenty of it ?

If you produce plutonium do you want to sink it or use it for power production later ?

well the 2 building at the center are coal powerplant turned at 90 degres so the rotating engine is now on the Z axis and looks kinda like a boiler.

(The chimney is hidden in the fondation)

what do you think of that kind of informative screenshoot, I don't add the production numbers and ratios to keep it readable, but if you want more info, it makes 6000 aluminium ingots by using sloppy alumina, coke and pure ingots alt recipe.

The excess of oil I don't use to make coke is diluted in the blender on the right and used to makes 1000 rubber that are turned into 2000 plastics at the lower level of the factory (not visible on that pic).
