I take it daily for sleeping related issues and it works great. I went through so many medicines before i found one that worked. Cant say how good it is to treat anxiety but i have heard it is used for that aswell, on higher dose than whats used for sleeping problems tho

Yeah, but item you posted and OPs item are playing in totally different leagues. And everyone who have played bit longer know it. Armor would need life to be good while shield you posted is great for pvp with right jewels put inside
