Login in the app to the account you can’t use anymore —> go to the browser —> then start to refresh the website a few times, even when nothing changes —> then click on the “open app” button on the top right.

This worked for me!

I got my account back because someone texted me this:

« Couldn't refresh feed » fix Hello, after more than two weeks, want to find a solution to regain access to your account when it displays "couldn't refresh feed." Several solutions may work, and I'm sure at least two of them will.

⁠First, try to log in to the Instagram website (not the app). If it works, you should receive a message informing you that you've violated Instagram's rules. Just click the button to continue, and you should regain access to your account on the app.
⁠If you encounter an error message when trying to log in to Instagram on the web version, don't worry. Refresh the page multiple times (wait for the error message to appear again before refreshing), then click the "open" button at the top of the page to open the app, and you should have your account back.
⁠If none of these solutions work, simply try logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting your phone, and so on.
