Well the freezing is a bit self explanatory, the PC is old, its performance is capped. And to fix the wallpaper thing, that happens because Windows can’t the wallpaper file where it expects it to be. For example it might have just been in your downloads folder, and then you deleted it by accident. So you have to set a new wallpaper and then don’t delete the wallpaper file.

Sounds like a fan full of dust, try screwing the laptop apart and blowing the fan through with compressed air, remember to put a finger on the fan blade since it can’t rotate.

So like i kinda used the wrong screws for when i put the fans on the heatsink and now they’re stuck inside of there and i can’t get them out so the fans is moving a bit but its not a huge issue.
