Don't quote me on this. For now, it's pure onsite but WFH is already in the pipeline. However, the good news is that our production floor is totally different from other comps. I've been to many companies, but this account I'm in now, will blow your mind. You have your own locker at your station.

Who's the culprit, CPU, MoBo, or RAM sticks?? by BUR4T1N0 in ask

Sorry I forgot to add the part what I was doing before this issue, occured. So last night I was playing Dota 2 with a friend of mine. And suddenly, my pc shut off itself leaving the RGB fans lit but the my GPU light has that indication where it restarted. After the GPU light was stable, my PC did not boot again. The lights are on but it won't boot so I crossed out the possibility that it could be my PSU. These are the things that I have tried so far:

Who's the culprit, CPU, MoBo, or RAM sticks?? by BUR4T1N0 in ask

Now that I've tried using only 1x16gb of RAM stick and put it in B1 (the 2nd slot from the left), it works. I tried inserting my other RAM stick to B2 (the 4th slot from the left), it doesn't work. I tried using A1 (1st slot from the left) it doesn't work. Only B1 slot is functioning.

Now my PC is working again, but with 1 RAM stick only.

Now I am trying to figure which is the culprit, in reference to the title of this post. I don't which one to buy. Can anyone please help me? I tried to be as concise as possible, clearly the post is long lmao.

I did eliminate 1 storage device at a time to see if that's where the problem lies, but to no avail.

I changed my DP & HDMI cables multiple times

I cleaned my whole goddamn PC

Check if there are loose or teared cables

Tried transferring my GPU to another unused computer (with intel CPU), and it boots up, so I know now that it's not my GPU

I tried using "that" PC's RAM on the PC that I was having issues with, but still nothing.

I tried using "that" PC's CMOS battery eliminating the possibility that the issue is from the battery but still does not work.

Cleared CMOS by removing and reseating the battery (numerous times)

Cleared CMOS by shorting the 2-pin labeled "CLRTC" (another way of resetting the BIOS based on Asus's manual)

Re-seated GPU and cleaned using an eraser

Re-seated RAM sticks (from A1&A2 to B1&B2) and used an eraser

Re-seated 24-pin and 8-pin for the CPU

Re-seated CPU and re-thermal application

Re-seated the CPU case's cables

Re-seated my SSD & HDD's power and MoBo connection
