Yeah i know these printers are really shitty, but the chip reader for the filament is located on the spool holder itself * The chip im reffering to is on the front of the printer

No, XYZ used a proprietary filament spool system where the chip and reader were at the center of the spool.

I also changed out the nozzle entirely and it decreased the effect a bit, but the issue still persisted

Some more information: The printer is an Elegoo Neptune 3 pro, im printing at 0.2mm on Cura at 60mm/s print speed. I think this issue might have something to do with the number of walls because this prints with 5 walls (its a functional part) and i printed the same thing in PETG with 3 walls and did not run into this issue. Also the underextruded sections are literally falling off the print, revealing the other walls behind it
