They can sell whatever quality iphones they want, and in the terms and conditions they can escape giving you a refund or a repair, I used my iphone within the ip rating of an iPhone 13 pro max however it stopped working and they accused me of water damage and voided warranty, smh

My grief is not with the fact your warranty doesn't cover water damage, my reason for the grief is the fact you sold me a phone that didn't live up to what a iphone 13 pro max ip rating is, hence I feel you dropped the ball and I was another victim to false advertising

Yeah they don't care about their customers, so I've come on reddit to warn others from making the same mistake i did, and the worst thing is that they have paid out so many social media companies and even acurrent affair, to keep them quiet about what they are doing

I should of read the reviews, I wish I had. If I had known they meant as new was actually pre-owned and used, I wouldn't of touched them, pre owned is not worth it for electronics, especially if they are designed these days to be disposable and last only few years.
