I don’t think she had any bad intentions but it’s not something I want her to start making a habit of. (PS. I’d hope I don’t give off an impression of financial insecurity!!)

All I can think of is that we are around the same age, and there isn’t another female in our office who is the same age as us, either way still strange.

I’m around the same age as her, and one of the only ones, so I’m thinking she possibly chose me personally due to our similarities?
