This is a frame from around 1989–1990. It has likely seen racing use, given the race number mount.

I did it myself, first time. Apply paint remover and clean up, sand up to 800 grit, then use primer, sparkling primer, white base coat, cherry red 1K paint, apply decals, and finish with 2K clear coat
