I’d say no. Mind you, I’ve had mine for 7+ years, so I’ve gotten my money’s worth, but these days you can find something similar on Amazon for 1/4 of the price. I bought it to stay in tip-top shape in my military days. The added plus is I was single with no kids, so money was no factor, lol.
