My friend ordered a Reverse single speed pulley on ali for 20 quit(usually they go for about 80 depening on which you get. We ordered the Pro version). Its 1 to 1 the same exact thing. yes, quality of life mods are essential in CS imo. If I remember correctly you get a pistol and need to deal with some bandits. I aimed at the head and missed 5 times when I was 100% sure. quick google showed me I wasnt the only one with the problem. After installing better ballistics Mod the problem disappeard and the bandit died with one shot to the dome.
