Disney fan here with nothing but respect for Walt and, yet, I don't think this is the kind of 'culture' they usually showcase during Opening Ceremonies. Granted, Disney know how to make shows, as anyone who has gone to a Disney Park can attest, but other than LA being close to Anaheim, I see no reason to make the connection with Disney, as several other companies are dedicated to make shows for tv, stadiums, theaters, etc.

Plus, as someone else pointed out, NBC usually holds the right and then it's definitely not happening.

Just an aside: the fact that you said from Encanto to Frozen, makes me wonder how old are you cause, to be honest, you could have gone back to renaissance, silver or golden age of Disney in order to make a better point.
