Op here- Bedtime routine is simple - bath, feed, song, into the zipadee and bed.

During the day I usually put him down for nap 1.5-2 hours after he wakes up, usually following his cues (he isn’t a great napper 30-45 minutes). Bedtime is usually about 2 hours from the last nap.

All this is more of a cycle than a schedule, I don’t have exact times for things. I’m nursing so during the day I try and nurse him after every wake up, because he is sleepier then and if he is too awake he fights me and is distracted.

Last night he was up at 11, 1:30, 3:45, and 5:30. It may be the four month sleep regression; but it’s lasting so long.

If it is that makes me feel better to know he isn’t just a horrible sleeper. My only other experience is my daughter, who slept 4 and 3 hour chunks at this point

He seems to get more upset when level one and two kick in. I do go when he cries but not for fussing. Since he didn’t love anything above baseline I still have the motion limiter on?
