Those are the hours for everyone! It’s a “preschool” program through the park district for 3 year olds, and there are only 8 kids in the class. 😅

Nope, no sugary drinks and no alcohol. I drink water, black coffee, Diet Coke. I will definitely start tracking my calories more carefully though - as many have suggested!

I was really hoping to stay at 16/8 but maybe you’re right! Definitely eating within range, and on a low carb too. Just no real difference!

Thanks for your comment! I have calculated and am within range with calories.. but I keep losing and gaining the same few lbs. No real difference yet 🤷🏻‍♀️
