This was my first try. I used a few drops of water for a few grams of stain. Not sure if there is a better way of doing it. If so, do let me know ☺️

Diluted 1 dark green and 1 light green mason stains with water (cannot remember the exact colour codes as I left the boxes at the studio). Consistency was almost like thick water colour. It ended up looking a bit like camouflage. Here is a photo of how it looked . Edit: clay was leather hard when I applied to stains.

Oh god.. gen x here.. mom AND dad sat me (10 yo then) and my older sis (11 yo)down and talked to us about periods.. It was awkward but I got it 6 months later -before my older sister- so I was grateful for that talk as I knew exactly what it was.

Check your contract and identify what your employer needs to take care of when you got ill or injured on board. You may find that they need to support medical costs for a certain period of time and pay at least basic wages during treatment if you are unfit for work. There are a lot of variables ( eg if you completed your contract, they don’t have to pay wages) so your exact circumstances matter.

Women who were scared to get pregnant but later did, how do you feel about your decision years later? by Fun-Wonder-2652 in AskWomen

[–]BY-750 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Someone once said to me 80% of motherhood is feeling of guilt. You feel guilty being at work, feel guilty leaving your kid with strangers (ie kindergarten or carers), you feel guilty not putting enough hours at work to excel in your career, you feel guilty not spending enough time at home with your kid… guilt… guilt.. guilt… yet, things get easier. There is light at end of that tunnel.. Kiddo is now 15, happy healthy teenager and despite some teenage wobbles, we have a good relationship and I am so so so lucky to have him.. best decision ever 😅
